Hold your horse. All AI is trained on existing data. So, that means it's swallowed someone's record collection and is spitting it back at you. So, good luck claiming it's output is original. It won't be. Worse, you personally won't know or recognise the source tracks being half-inched to create yours. Lawyers will eat you alive if you try to publish. YMMV.

I recently signed up with Suno and I'm having a lot of fun with it. You can write your own lyrics, and if you know what you're doing, it will create better songs than if you rely on their generated lyrics. Well, the music providers are now suing the two biggest song AI generators and if they are successful that might save the producers. But I think it may emerge more as a tool. AI becomes the first draft as the song is smoothed out by musicians. The current use of AI only creates one exact song version. Let's say you like it, but you want to change the tempo or volume in certain verses. You can't do it with AI currently. It only can be done manually which means in a studio with the usual crew. Thats for commetcial purposes. If you are just doing it as a hobby then you just deal with the limitations.
